Our History and Purpose
IAR was founded in 2017 by Grant Zallis, an experienced leader with deep roots in the Midwest and East Coast venture-backed technology communities. Our experience and advice come from having lived the reality our clients face everyday. Grant spent the last 15 years of his career working at rapidly expanding growth stage companies as CHRO and COO.
The combination of executive level Operations experience and entrepreneurial recruiting provide Grant and his team a unique perspective. Recruiting at IAR is not treated as a transaction. Rather, it is a process that involves a deep dive for insight, the development of a clear roadmap for action that leads to tangible results for our clients.
